Packages need to be imported before use.

Use:

import "fmt"

func main() {
    fmt.Println("HELLO")
}


Packages are used in a program using the format PACKAGE.IDENTIFIER, fmt.Println(), fmt is PACKAGE, Println() is IDENTIFIER.

3. Algorithms - Selection Sort

Selection sort sorts an array by finding the lowest value element and appending it to an empty array.
